Essential Maintenance
Due to essential maintenance of the computer system, all Leicestershire libraries will be closed from 5pm on Tuesday 7th July. As a consequence of this the online library catalogue is also unavailable. We hope that the service will resume on Wednesday morning but please continue to check here for further updates. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.
Type your Borrower number (printed on your library ticket) in the first box below.
If your card has an 8-digit number, enter the 8 digits.
If your Borrower number starts with 'DD', you will need to change it like this:
Replace the DD by 9
Enter the next 7 numbers (with no spaces)
Leave out all the rest.
So if your ticket showed DD 12 34567 8 0000 LL you would type in 91234567.
Also enter your PIN (Personal Identification Number) in the second box.
(If you do not know your PIN, please contact your library. They will ask you for certain security details, and then arrange for your PIN to be posted to you.)
When you have entered both numbers, click on Logon.
Please note, there is usually a charge of no more than £1.10 for reserving items. Children 16 and under get FREE reservations.
